By arranging a consultation with Slavka Kubatova, you agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below. Please read them before your appointment.
All consultations are conducted online.
Appointments are arranged directly with me by email. Once we have agreed on a suitable date and time, I will confirm the details of your consultation, including the video call arrangements, by email.
Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at the full consultation fee.
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee will apply.
If you arrive late, the consultation will still need to finish at the originally scheduled time so that subsequent appointments are not affected. The full consultation fee will apply.
Consultations take place by video call using WhatsApp, FaceTime or Google Meet, as agreed in advance.
Please make sure you have a suitable internet connection and are available in a private environment at the scheduled time. If technical difficulties occur, we will use another suitable method of communication where possible.
Before your initial consultation, you will receive a short intake form asking for relevant information about your health history, current concerns, medication and other aspects of your health.
Please return the completed form before your appointment where possible, as this allows us to make the best use of the consultation time.
During our work together, I may occasionally ask for additional information, photographs, laboratory results or relevant medical reports where these may help me understand your case more fully.
Following your consultation, you will receive individual recommendations and clear instructions where appropriate.
For clients in the Czech Republic, specific homeopathic preparations may be arranged or recommended directly.
International clients will receive a prescription or recommendation together with information on how the remedies can be obtained from an appropriate homeopathic pharmacy or supplier.
Please follow the instructions provided specifically for you rather than changing the frequency, potency or combination of remedies without discussing this with me.
Follow-up consultations allow us to assess changes, review your response and adjust the approach where appropriate.
The timing of follow-ups is individual and will be discussed during your consultation. As your situation becomes more stable, appointments may be spaced further apart.
Please use email for non-urgent communication between consultations.
If new or acute symptoms arise between appointments, you are welcome to contact me by email. Where the situation is straightforward and can reasonably be addressed with a brief response, I may advise you without an additional consultation.
If the situation is more complex or requires a more detailed assessment, I may recommend an acute consultation.
Email communication between appointments is not intended to replace a consultation for new, complex or substantially changed health concerns.
I do not provide an emergency medical service. If you experience severe, rapidly worsening or potentially life-threatening symptoms, please contact your doctor, appropriate urgent medical service or emergency services immediately.
Homeopathic consultations do not replace appropriate medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.
I do not advise clients to discontinue or alter prescribed medication. Any changes to prescription medication should be discussed with the healthcare professional responsible for prescribing it.
Where appropriate, I may recommend that you seek further medical assessment, testing or advice from another qualified healthcare professional.

Bank details and the applicable consultation fee will be provided with your appointment details or payment instructions.
Please ensure that payment is made on the day of your appointment.
